Easy to design and process, but the thing that blew me away was that after I had submitted the logo for the cap, the production team came back and suggested a change to enhance the design to better cater for the stiching process. So much better! Great service!

It's a shame, the hat was crushed upon delivery and has crinkle lines and is permanently out of shape, packaging issue. The colour of the hat looks fantastic but that's about all, the quality is poor and the shape just won't come back. I wouldn't buy this again, however my other orders were great, just not the hat.
